Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end closing tasks, including posting journal entries, managing the general ledger, and preparing P&L and balance sheet statements.
- Issue invoices for customer registrations promptly.
- Submit funding applications (e.g., SDF) and claims for clients and trainees, ensuring proper follow-up and receipt of disbursements.
- Enter daily payments (cash, cheques, NETS, GIRO, funding disbursements, etc.) into the system.
- Provide administrative and customer support, including payment collections, handling inquiries on outstanding accounts, and managing supplier vendor and GIRO forms.
- Verify receivables and resolve account discrepancies by liaising with customers and/or departments such as sales and training admin.
- Check receipt books for completeness, accuracy, and accountability.
- Process purchase orders and supplier bills after obtaining management approval.
- Prepare and verify various claims, including associate fees, petty cash claims, and staff claims.
- Handle the preparation and submission of GST returns.
- Conduct detailed analysis of accounts.
- Monitor the company’s cash flow.
- Maintain proper records and filing for invoices, purchases, debits, and credits.
- Update and generate weekly reports, such as aged receivables and payables.
- Liaise with auditors for the annual audit and prepare the audit schedule.
- Adhere strictly to finance processes and policies.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Meticulous, systematic and organised.
- Able to work independently without much supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong work ethics and keep information confidential
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook etc.
- Knowledge in using XERO is an added advantage.

Job Description
- Conduct Occupational Hygiene framework related training
- Assist the course administrator in updating changes and updates proposed by the accreditation bodies when needed
Academic Qualifications
- Degree or post graduate degree in Occupational Hygiene or in related disciplines such as Engineering, Physics ,Geo Physics or Chemistry or Bio-medical (or)
- WSQ Specialist Diploma in Occupational Hygiene (SDOH)
Training Qualification
- Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) (or)
- Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
Work Experience
- The (OH) trainer applicant should possess at least five years of relevant working experience and at least 2 years of training experience over the last 4 years in Occupational Hygiene framework related courses.
- The applicant is requested to provide details of relevant experience and training done in companies and/or training organizations.
Competency certificates
- Noise Monitoring Course or Monitor Noise and Vibration
- Noise Control Course or Control Noise and Vibration
- Management of Hazardous Substances or Manage Hazardous Substances
- Sampling & Monitoring of Airborne Contaminants or Measure Exposure and Assess the Risk Due to Hazardous Substances
- Confined Space Safety Assessor Course or Assess Confined Space for Safe Entry and Work

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and managing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with exposure to the SEA market, a Diploma qualification, and a background in Educational and Training services.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a regional capacity, preferably within the Educational and Training sector.
- Strong understanding of the SEA market landscape and dynamics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.

- The primary role of the WSH Officer is to assist their employers to discharge their statutory duties, particularly in the area of identification of workplace safety and health risks and in recommending control measures.
- conduct regular site inspections and identify all possible forms of hazards in a work environment
- Ensure on-site operations must compliance with NEA and EHS regulations
- Provide solutions to address any unsafe practices or act at the workplace and follow up actions to ensure corrective actions being taken by relevant parties
- Conduct risk assessments on the work site
- Liaising with staff, owners, and other relevant third parties in regards to safety issues
- Conduct a safety campaign to arise site staff and construction worker’s awareness
- Maintain proper safety-related documentation, certificates and other related EHS records as required by the regulatory authorities
- Preparing & Maintaining all safety-related documents as per WSH Regulation and getting the sign from the respective sub-contractors
- Prepare reports on workplace safety assessments and assist in all areas of safety planning & incident prevention
- The WSH Officer is expected to exercise due diligence in the assessment of risks and recommendation of appropriate control measures particularly for blatant safety and health risks.
Job Scope
- Implements and monitors appropriate measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
- Coordinate Environmental Control Committee Meeting and implement all environmental control programs.
- Ensure the site has fully complied of the relevant and latest Workplace Safety, Health and Environmental regulations.
- Conducts regular site checks and takes appropriate corrective actions
- Compiles all relevant reports and records and carry out a daily safety inspection
- Proper documentation of all records, certificates, notice and official related HSE correspondence.
- Prepare and review all Risk Assessment together with the project management team.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop environmental control plan & Liaise with NEA.
