Responsibilities
- Manage training administration such as course registration, feedback, learning outcome surveys, systems administration, logistics arrangement, examinations management and any other administrative duties
- Tabulate and enter examination/assessment results accurately into systems and spreadsheets; and generate results notification, reports and statistics
- Compile and submit assessment results and statistics to relevant authorities

HR Executive
Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment activities such as drafting and placing job advertisements in accordance with MOM regulations, screening job applications and conducting/arranging interviews, liaise with recruitment agencies etc.
- Follow up with candidates and /or new employees on relevant paperwork such as employment application forms, pre-employment check, employment contract, and other employee-related letters or memos.
- Follow up with associates (trainers, auditors and consultants) on the associate agreement.
- Prepare orientation package and conduct orientation briefing for new employees and send HR welcome email for new employees etc.
- Apply for relevant work pass or permits from MOM and/or relevant authorities (if applicable).
- Apply and submit insurance details for new employees (if applicable).
- Liaise with sales team and clients on project management recruitment activities (outsourcing) for their project worksites.
- Initiate performance review and peer review process on a semiannual basis and propose increments, promotions or bonus package to management.
- Propose (with a budget), execute and monitor employee recognition schemes.
- Review and update employee policies and guidelines in accordance with local employment regulations and the company’s procedures.
- Check and submit employees’ claims such as timesheets, leave/MC applications, transport claims and other miscellaneous claims for approval.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with 1+ years of experience in Human Resources

WSH Coordinator
- Perform inspection, hazard analysis and risk assessment, rectifying any gaps to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure that all rules and regulations as stipulated in the WSH Regulations are met Inspect and rectifying any unsafe place of work and unsafe practices
- Implement policies, protocol and programmes (workplace & risk) in compliance with legal requirements, WSH and ISO standards.
- Assist with internal and external audit reports
- Assist with preparation of Job Safety Analysis and Risk Analysis.
- Respond to WSH incidents by identifying causes and recommend corrective measures.

WSH Officer
- The primary role of the WSH Officer is to assist their employers to discharge their statutory duties, particularly in the area of identification of workplace safety and health risks and in recommending control measures.
- conduct regular site inspections and identify all possible forms of hazards in a work environment
- Ensure on-site operations must compliance with NEA and EHS regulations
- Provide solutions to address any unsafe practices or act at the workplace and follow up actions to ensure corrective actions being taken by relevant parties

Environmental Control Officer
Job Scope
- Implements and monitors appropriate measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
- Coordinate Environmental Control Committee Meeting and implement all environmental control programs.
- Ensure the site has fully complied of the relevant and latest Workplace Safety, Health and Environmental regulations.
