Target Audience
Cleaning Operatives, Cleaning Supervisors, New entrants to the cleaning industry.

Assumed Skills & Knowledge:

  • Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills (ESS) Level 1
  • Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills (ESS) Level 1
  • Have basic knowledge on own work role and the corresponding responsibilities and limitations
  •  Have basic understanding of the Workplace Safety and Health   (WSH) Act, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
