Course Overview
Foreign Domestic Worker Employers’ will be able to:
a) Understand basic legal issues and guidelines related to employment of FDWs.
b) Understand their role and responsibilities.
c) Equip themselves with basic knowledge and skills to develop and sustain a happy and productive working relationship with their FDWs.
 
 
Course Contents
a) Roles and Responsibilities of a FDW employer.
b) Providing a safe work environment.
c) Understanding your FDW.
d) Fostering a Good and Harmonious Working Relationship with your FDW.
Course Completion
Participants will need to attend 100% of the course. Certificate will be awarded after successful course completion.
 
 
Target Audience
All NEW Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) Employers
a) Able to read, write, understand English.
b) Above 18 years old.
