Course Content
• Understanding the requirements of ISO 22301
• Design of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and understand the implementation steps of BCM and BCMS
• Understanding the purpose of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
• Understand the key processes involved in establishing, implementing, operating and monitoring, reviewing and improving Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) as stated in ISO 22301
• Develop skills for implementation, testing and maintenance of plans and procedures
• Understand the key components of disaster and emergency management and business continuity
• Understand relevant standards, laws and regulations
• Understand the process of risk assessment, vulnerability analysis, loss prevention and risk mitigation
• Understand the purpose and requirements of ISO 22301 as a tool for the design and continual improvement of a Business Continuity Management System
• Utilize the best practice techniques in ISO 22301
Course Completion
• Participants will need to attend 100% of the course. A certificate will be awarded after successful course completion.
