Food Safety Course Level 1 (Refresher) formerly known as WSQ Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures – Refresher or WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Refresher Course
Food handlers will now be required to attend their first refresher training five years after completing their Basic Food Hygiene Course, and the subsequent ones at 10-year intervals, instead of the previous cycle of once every three years.
