Course Objective

- Develop a more systematic understanding of key competencies for providing effective assurance, and so establish a basis for informing future development of AA1000 and other standards.
Course Content
- Module A — Stakeholder Engagement Practitioner Certificate: Practitioner Certificate, a certificate course, and entry-point to the AA1000 training series which covers the AA1000AP (2018) and AA1000SES (2015).
- Module B — Sustainability Practitioner (SP) Certificate: A practitioner-level course on the application and reporting of each AccountAbility Principle. This course, when taken with Module A, awards participants the distinction of Sustainability Practitioner.
Mode of Assessment
- Short Answer Questions, True/False Questions, and Single Choice Questions
Pass Criteria
- Successful completion of the 2-module licensed AA1000 training programme, and pass the final assessment, automatically meets the requirement for the Stakeholder Engagement Practitioner and the Sustainability Practitioner (SP) Certificate levels.
