Participants will be able to:

b) Understand the Quality Management System requirements in IATF 16949:2016.
c) Interpret IATF 16949:2016 standards
d) Plan and conduct internal audits of management systems in accordance with the IATF 16949 automotive approach methodology.

b) Need for IATF 16949
c) Basic QMS Structure and ISO 9001:2015
d) Process Approach -Plan-DO-CHECK-ACT and Risk-based thinking concept
e) ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements
f) Interpretation of IATF 16949 Requirements
g) Customer Specific Requirements
h) Documenting and implementing Quality Management System
i) Process of conducting an internal audit:
• Process Approach Auditing.
• Process Interaction.
Course Completion
Participants will need to attend 100% of the course.
