Course Overview
Learners will be able to:
a) Understand the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements
b) Understanding risk-based thinking, customer enhancement and continual improvement in organizations
c) Be able to plan for appropriate hazard identification, risk assessment & determining control and management of change.
d) Defined the audit scope, criteria, frequency, methodologies, responsibilities and requirements.
e) How to carry out documentation review, interviews and site inspection during an Internal Audit
f) Be able to plan, prepare and execute integrated management system internal audit effectively.
g) Develop the skills of evaluating the significance of audit findings and developing the appropriate corrective/preventive measure.
h) Preparation of Internal audit report.

Course Content
a) Introduction – ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
b) Key guidelines on how to conduct internal audits effectively.
c) Preparation for conducting Internal Audit.
d) The process involved in Internal Auditing.
e) Categories of non-conformances.
f) Group exercises and mock audit process.

Course Completion
Participants will need to attend 100% of the course. The certificate will be awarded after successful course completion.

a) All staff of the organization who are responsible for planning and scheduling an internal audit on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
b) ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Project Managers and Team Members.
