About this course

Learners will be able to understand:

  • The enhanced requirements concerning process thinking and use of the process model to prepare for an Energy Management System Audit
  • How to audit the effective implementation of processes, taking into consideration the context of the organization, risks and opportunities and monitoring and measurement requirements
  • The requirements for leadership and identify related audit evidence
  • Understand the operations of an Energy Management System based on ISO 50001
  • Acknowledge the correlation between ISO 50001 and other standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Learn how to lead an audit and audit team
