About this course

Learners will be able to:

  • Understand the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements
  • Understanding risk-based thinking, customer enhancement and continual improvement in organizations
  • Be able to plan for appropriate hazard identification, risk assessment & determining control and management of change.
  • Defined the audit scope, criteria, frequency, methodologies, responsibilities and requirements.
  • How to carry out documentation review, interviews and site inspection during an Internal Audit
  • Be able to plan, prepare and execute integrated management system internal audit effectively.
  • Develop the skills of evaluating the significance of audit findings and developing the appropriate corrective/preventive measure.
  • Preparation of Internal audit report.

  • Key guidelines on how to conduct internal audits effectively.
  • Preparation for conducting Internal Audit.
  • The process involved in Internal Auditing.
  • Categories of non-conformances.
  • Group exercises and mock audit process.
