Day 1

In this session, discover what is conflict and how does it arise in the workplace setting.
Morning Coffee: 10.15 am – 10.30 am
Course 2: 10.30 am – 1.00 pm
Effective Communication: It prevents conflicts in the workplace!
In this session, participants will explore how effective communication helps in avoiding conflicts in the workplace.
Lunch: 1.00 pm – 2.00 pm
Course 3: 2.00 pm – 3.15 pm
Non-verbal communication: It Speaks Louder!
In this session, participants will identify key elements of interpersonal communication and the 9 behavioural characteristics pertaining to it. Participants will also discuss how body language communicates differently in different situations.
Evening Coffee: 3.15 pm – 3.30 pm
Course 4: 3.15 pm – 5 pm
Conflict Resolution: Let’s Do it
In this session, discover the importance of looking at conflict resolution methods for the benefit of the organization.
Day 2
Course 5: 9 am – 10.15 am
Emotional Intelligence: A paradigm shift
Assessing the need to change in the mindset of people in accepting emotion as part of an essential quality in a person. Participants will be given different situations to analyze to see how feasible emotional intelligence models can be applied and implemented.

Understanding Different Personalities to overcome conflicts: Accept it, We Are All Different!
Participants will analyse how different personalities affect their lives and the people around them, and due to this, people are always communicating differently. In this session, participants will be given case studies to analyse.

Different Cultures: Are We Victims of People’s Culture?
Discover the correlation between organizational cultures and the existence of a conflict in the workplace. Participants will be given cases to compare in this session.

An Overview of Conflict & Stress Management
Assessing back the importance of managing stress and how it also has an impact on handling conflicts at the workplace
